SOFT are brown lash clusters designed to create a lightweight, fluffy look with a naturally fuller lash line. Delicate fibers of varying lengths create a distinctive, subtly textured wispy finish, giving the lashes a soft, effortless appearance without looking heavy or overly perfect.

The natural brown color beautifully defines the eyes, while the lightweight cluster design allows you to build the desired level of intensity — from a subtle accent on the outer corner to a full, glamorous lash look.

Application

Apply the clusters using an applicator, placing them underneath your natural lashes.

The secret to 5–7 day wear

Pressing and bonding the lashes

This is the step that makes the biggest difference.

After applying the clusters, they should be carefully bonded to your natural lashes using your index finger and thumb — not just the applicator.

Place your finger and thumb at the base of the cluster, exactly where the adhesive is located, and then firmly press the cluster against your natural lashes.

The gel adhesive layer needs to be physically pressed and bonded to the layers of your natural lashes to ensure proper hold. Think of it as gently “pressing” the adhesive into the natural lashes — this is what helps keep the entire application securely in place.

Without properly pressing the clusters at the base, their wear time will be significantly shorter.

Properly completing this step provides:

• wear time of up to 5–7 days,
• an even, professional salon-like finish,
• a subtle lifting effect reminiscent of a delicate lash lift.

If long-lasting wear is important to you, do not skip this step.

Professional tips

The adhesive is not sticky enough?
The clusters may be slightly cold. Before application, allow them to gently warm up so the adhesive can reach the proper level of tackiness.

The lashes are too sticky after application?
Before the final firm press, gently press along the lash line several times to reduce the surface stickiness. Once they are no longer as tacky, firmly press the clusters to secure the application.

A cluster has stuck to your finger?
Stop and wait for it to release on its own. Do not pull your finger away suddenly, as this may cause the cluster to detach from the lashes prematurely.

Removing the lashes

Removing the clusters is exceptionally easy.

Thanks to the special adhesive strip on which the clusters are attached, they can be gently and cleanly removed without pulling or damaging your natural lashes. Simply peel them off gently.

The lashes are intended for single-use only, which helps maintain hygiene and achieve an ideal result with every application.

Single-use means either applying the clusters once to mascara-coated lashes and removing them during makeup removal, or wearing the clusters for 5–7 days when applied to clean, mascara-free natural lashes.

If any product residue remains on your natural lashes, remove it with an oil-based product and then use an oil-free cleanser. This will ensure that your natural lashes are properly prepared for the next application.

A new set of clusters can be applied immediately — there is no need to take a break between applications.
